Ideally placed in the heart of the city it is five minutes walk from a bakery and a small supermarket, 10 minutes from the covered market (Les Halles) the main post office and banks. It is ideally placed close to the many shops and restaurants in Montpellier. The Museum (with a bar and restaurant) "La Panacée" is opposite the apartment. The modern tramway is also just 5 minutes walk away with connections all over Montpellier (eg Hospitals, University). It is 10 Minutes walk to the University Faculty of Law and the Conference Center ("Le Corum: Palais des Congrès").

Please note, the apartment is not available to rent in July and August.
Parking is not permitted in the pedestrianized Historic Center. Street parking is available 10 minutes walk away in the streets of the adjacent Beaux Arts area. Underground parking is available 10 minutes away in the City Center but is expensive for long-term parking. Taxis are allowed to enter the Ecusson (eg from the railway station and airport).
The apartment sleeps only one or two, in one double bed. There are no facilities to sleep others. Sheets and towels are provided and will be laundered at the end of the stay by the proprietor. Only short stays of one week to one month (negotiable if more) are available. Day rates available on request. Electricity and gas charged pro-rata.
